AI Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies that integrate behavioral insights and AI-supported analysis.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to equip teams with the skills to thrive in AI-enabled environments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to build alignment and strengthen sponsorship.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences, including AI-enhanced training and digital learning assets.
• Anticipate and mitigate resistance using advanced change diagnostics and data-driven insights.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, and sentiment through continuous feedback loops.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance deliverable quality and consulting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Recent experience providing AI coaching or working with AI-driven organizational shifts.
• Deep knowledge of agile change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation to enhance change delivery and insights.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from frontline teams to senior executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build trust within diverse client environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PROSCI or ACMP.
• Experience designing structured AI-forward change approaches for large-scale technology implementations.
