AI Business Solutions Presales Consultant - D365 Business Central

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales team to qualify new opportunities
• Work with prospects and customers to understand strategic goals and business requirements
• Create and lead solution demonstrations
• Produce project estimates
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs for high-quality sales proposals
• Enable the commercial team to understand the Microsoft product set
• Support go-to-market activities including whitepapers and product videos
• Participate in marketing activities such as webinars and user groups
• Build relationships within the Microsoft community

Requirements

• Dynamics 365 BC consultancy or presales experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC
• Experience building and configuring solution demonstrations
• Experience with ISVs such as Continia, Tasklet, Insight works, Dynaway, Jet, or Cosmos reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to create high-quality written proposals and functional documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing verticals
• Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV versions
• Knowledge of Azure and Power Platforms
