AI Business Solutions Presales Consultant - D365 Business Central

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales team to qualify new opportunities and understand customer strategic goals
• Create and lead engaging solution demonstrations for prospects and existing customers
• Produce accurate project estimates and contribute to high-quality RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs
• Enable the commercial team by providing deep knowledge of the Microsoft product set
• Support go-to-market activities, including developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, and product videos
• Participate in marketing activities such as webinars, forums, and user groups
• Build and maintain relationships with key technical and sales contacts within the Microsoft community

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central consultancy or presales
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC
• Experience building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations
• Proficiency with at least one ISV such as Continia, Tasklet, Insight Works, Dynaway, Jet, or Cosmos reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to create high-quality written proposals and functional documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing verticals
• Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions
• Familiarity with Azure and the Microsoft Power Platforms
