AI Business Enablement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify process challenges and contribute to AI-driven solutions
• Support the implementation of AI enablement initiatives aligned with technical roadmaps
• Deliver AI solutions, including integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce
• Develop and maintain integrations with data platforms and enterprise systems
• Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data for AI models
• Apply AI best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Create documentation and training materials to support the adoption of AI tools

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a hands-on IT role (e.g., developer, analyst, or integration specialist)
• Proficiency in programming and scripting, ideally with Python
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL) and API integrations
• Experience or a strong interest in business process automation (RPA, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Vertex AI, Agentforce, or Workato
