AI Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify AI business opportunities and establish account strategies within the defense sector
• Plan defense AI projects targeting the Ministry of National Defense, ADD, KRIT, and defense companies
• Develop project proposals, use case scenarios, and presentation materials for C4ISR, ISR video analysis, unmanned systems, and battlefield AI Agents
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle including RFI/RFP analysis, bidding, negotiation, and consortium formation
• Translate defense requirements into technical development plans involving model development, data construction, and security infrastructure
• Coordinate PoC, demos, and architecture design to ensure seamless transition to implementation teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in defense AI/DX/IT, SI, strategic consulting, or technical business development
• Deep understanding of defense acquisition procedures, defense industry structures, and government R&D processes
• Proven experience in drafting business plans, proposals, and execution plans for defense customers
• Fundamental understanding of AI, Data, Cloud/On-premise, Security Infrastructure, MLOps/LLMOps, and Generative AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in defense policy, operations, acquisition, or force planning
• Experience working with defense companies, defense SI firms, or government defense agencies (MND, ADD, DAPA, etc.)
• Background as a former reserve officer or general officer
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or combat branches from military academies
