Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact business problems and conceive AI-powered solutions
• Build and ship production-ready AI systems end-to-end
• Design system architecture, backend services, data pipelines, and LLM orchestration
• Deploy phased rollouts and monitor business metrics and alert thresholds
• Multiply AI capability across Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Engineering teams
• Present technical roadmaps and strategic insights to C-suite leadership

Requirements

• Full-stack capability including backend, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, and frontend
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency with tools like Kafka, Airflow, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, React, GCP, and Docker
• Experience using AI-native development environments like Claude Code or Cursor
• Ability to decompose complex business problems into technical requirements
• Strong product instinct and ability to articulate business value to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Founder mindset with experience taking a product from zero to live
• Ability to move from discovery to demo in under two weeks
• Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions without direct authority
