About the Company

Extenteam is an AI-driven operations platform built for short-term rental property managers, automating guest communication and daily workflows with human-in-the-loop support across tens of thousands of properties.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI and automation product scope including discovery, definition, prioritization, and delivery
• Build and maintain agentic workflows, Claude API pipelines, and MCP integrations
• Run structured discovery with agents and client-facing teams to surface automation opportunities
• Own the performance and iteration of AI models, defining evaluation criteria and monitoring quality
• Write clear technical specifications and documentation for the systems you build
• Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing quick wins with long-term product bets

Requirements

• 3-6 years of product management or builder experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or Proptech
• Hands-on experience managing or iterating on AI models and prompt design
• Proven ability to build agentic workflows, AI pipelines, or automation systems
• Proficiency with Claude Code, Claude API, and command line tools (Terminal, CLI, bash)
• Experience with GitHub, Railway, AWS, and SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida or Los Angeles, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management, proptech, or multifamily real estate
• Familiarity with property management platforms like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium
• Background building human-in-the-loop AI systems
• Experience with LLM orchestration tools or agentic workflow design
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or HubSpot
