AI Builder, Emerging Talent

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that perform real-world actions for Fortune 500 companies using the Agentforce platform.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
• Support the full technical lifecycle by architecting, building, debugging, and deploying scalable production systems.
• Partner with clients to translate complex business challenges into functional agentic solutions.
• Iterate on code through continuous testing, fixing, and deployment in live environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write high-quality, rigorous code.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% to work directly with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical and consultative conversations with stakeholders.
