Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for AI application
• Translate needs into concrete AI initiatives and ensure implementation
• Drive AI projects to create measurable value in the organization
• Facilitate workshops and inspire colleagues to think in AI solutions
• Collaborate with other AI specialists across the organization
• Involve in business development by streamlining processes
• Follow AI developments and actively bring new knowledge into the organization

Requirements

• Strong analytical approach and ability to quickly gain business understanding
• Ability to see opportunities and thrive in a changing environment
• Interest in new technology and active following of AI developments
• Strong facilitator and communicator skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI and data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Power Automate, and Copilot
• Relevant higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Innovation, IT Technology, or Data Science
