AI & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the internal AI chat and workflow platform, including user access, model configurations, and integrations
• Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual effort and connect systems intelligently across the organization
• Identify opportunities to expand AI-assisted capabilities and propose new tools or workflows
• Support employees through troubleshooting, creating guidance documentation, and running enablement sessions
• Collaborate with security and IT stakeholders to ensure all automations meet policy, compliance, and risk standards
• Stay current on the evolving AI and automation landscape to evaluate new capabilities and protocols

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) at a professional level
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting web-based platforms or internal enterprise tooling
• Demonstrated ability to build automation workflows using scripting, API integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Genuine curiosity and proactive interest in AI and automation technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and context management
• Exposure to security orchestration (SOAR) or event-driven workflow tooling
• Experience with agent connectivity protocols or API-based tool integration frameworks
• Background in IT, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise SaaS administration
• Experience operating within a regulated, compliance-conscious environment
