AI Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide AI transformation and integration efforts within the Operations team
• Collaborate with GTM, G&A, Product, and R&D functions to identify processes for AI automation
• Own the company-wide AI roadmap focused on efficiency, product leverage, and ROI
• Run rapid pilots (0→1) and scale successful implementations (1→N)
• Provide technical support to functional teams through automation scripts and tool selection
• Build repeatable playbooks to create a flywheel effect for AI transformation
• Stay updated on state-of-the-art AI technologies for process transformation

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience including AI technologies
• Experience in AI-driven business transformations
• Technical fluency in automation tools like Zapier, N8N, and LLMs
• Ability to design AI-enabled workflows using APIs and orchestration tools
• Proficiency in LLM-based code development (preferably Claude Code)
• Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts
• Experience in mid-size SaaS startups
• Strong systems/process thinking and ROI orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consulting or internal transformation roles
• Experience operating in high-ambiguity environments
