AI & Automation Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the AI team and business units to translate needs into concrete use cases
• Facilitate tool adoption by gathering user feedback and reporting field insights
• Prioritize requests and track needs across finance, development, operations, and support functions
• Monitor the deployment of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot in coordination with internal referents
• Write and optimize prompts and design automated workflows
• Create training content, guides, and tutorials for daily AI usage (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and awareness sessions for internal teams
• Document use cases and best practices to advance the internal AI culture

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Business, Data, Innovation, or Project Management
• Strong interest in generative AI applications in a corporate environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to structure clear messages and create pedagogical materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or project management/digital transformation is a plus
