Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and operational results to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
• Develop AI agents that increase client success rates in the judiciary
• Build MVPs to validate hypotheses and explore new data integrations
• Monitor performance and iterate solutions based on data and feedback
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap
• Interact directly with legal teams and leadership to build stakeholder relationships
• Prepare executive-ready presentations connecting data to business impact

Requirements

• Builder mentality with the ability to iterate quickly
• High curiosity and deep analytical thinking
• Strong sense of urgency and execution speed
• Focus on collective results and scalability
• 1-7 years of experience in analytical scopes or technology-facing roles
• Background in strategic consulting, business analysis, data science, product prototyping, or software engineering

• Experience with programming, scripting, or data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or R
