Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the AI team to improve the quality, consistency, and creative direction of AI-generated video content
• Develop prompting frameworks and generation workflows that consistently produce high-quality outputs at scale
• Create repeatable creative systems that capture and operationalize visual taste, design principles, and storytelling best practices
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated assets, identifying and correcting issues related to composition, motion, continuity, realism, and visual quality
• Experiment with emerging AI creative tools and technologies to translate new capabilities into compelling product experiences
• Collaborate across product, design, marketing, and AI teams to shape the future of AI video creation

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image, video, or creative content generation
• Excellent visual design, motion design, or creative direction instincts
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, creative workflows, and AI generation techniques
• Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of pacing and narrative structure
• Ability to create scalable frameworks and processes
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in product design, visual design, motion graphics, or creative technology
• Experience building node-based workflows in ComfyUI, Fal, or similar AI infrastructure tools
• Previous experience in video production, film, advertising, or gaming
