AI Artist

Responsibilities

• Perform LoRA training and model fine-tuning by preparing datasets, running experiments, and evaluating results
• Execute sketch refinement and art polishing, including colorizing line-art and ensuring style consistency
• Develop concepts by translating high-level briefs into mood-boards, style guides, and prompt libraries
• Collaborate with art directors, game designers, and the wider art team via Slack and Jira to align on milestones
• Create AI-driven assets such as backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, and characters using Stable Diffusion
• Lead knowledge sharing through internal workshops and documentation of best practices to improve workflows

Requirements

• Expertise with Stable Diffusion frameworks including Automatic1111 and ComfyUI
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and hands-on experience with ControlNet modules (Canny, Depth, Tile)
• Proficiency in image upscaling techniques and inpainting/outpainting workflows
• Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines from data preparation to final polishing
• Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models (Civitai, DreamBooth, LoCon, etc.)
• Familiarity with generative services such as Midjourney, Ideogram, Sora, or Krea
