AI Art Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI workflows, including image generation pipelines and automation tools
• Produce high-quality visual assets such as illustrations and game assets with a focus on composition and polish
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools to identify opportunities for improving production quality and speed
• Solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems by translating team needs into practical AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with art, product, and UA teams to scale AI adoption and make workflows more accessible across the company

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ComfyUI, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion
• Background in art, design, or visual production with the ability to refine and polish visual outputs
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar visual editing software
• A builder mindset with a structured, logical approach to problem-solving and automation
• High adaptability and a strong interest in continuous AI experimentation and learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with art or creative teams in a production environment
• Background in consulting, startups, or roles involving problem-solving in ambiguous settings
