AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Generative AI strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Design and architect robust, scalable, and maintainable end-to-end Generative AI solutions
• Create detailed High Level (HLD) and Low Level (LLD) design documents for complex AI systems
• Lead high-impact AI initiatives from conception and design through to implementation and validation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI developers to ensure efficient architectural implementation
• Conduct hands-on Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Technology (PoT) validations using Python
• Ensure all AI applications comply with internal data governance policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale AI/ML architectures
• Expert level understanding of core Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning)
• Deep knowledge of Deep Learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers
• Proven experience with NLP techniques, including text processing and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on expertise with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Expert level proficiency in Python and the associated AI/ML ecosystem
• Solid understanding of Cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing systems using Agentic RAG and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns
• Expertise in Context Engineering and advanced Prompt Engineering for multi-step reasoning
• Familiarity with emerging frameworks such as MCP (Modular Cognitive-like Processes)
• Experience with workflow automation tools like N8N
