AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI strategy and technical direction by translating business objectives into AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, model selection, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
• Oversee the development and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure high standards of accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for efficient model training and production integration.
• Champion data governance and ethical AI development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
• 10 years of experience in designing and delivering at-scale AI/ML products that drive business value.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• In-depth knowledge of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• A portfolio of successful AI projects or publications in reputable conferences/journals.
