AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver standard AI system blueprints including agentic loops, RAG pipelines, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Establish reusable patterns, reference architectures, and design principles to enable consistent AI development
• Map unstructured business problems to AI-native solutions
• Define AI governance standards, including model versioning, prompt lifecycle management, and evaluation cadence
• Design long-lived evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and regression benchmarks
• Architect feedback loops for self-improving systems using RLHF or active learning
• Translate multi-year business strategy into a phased AI architecture roadmap

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of overall engineering experience
• At least 3 years in AI/ML architecture
• Proven portfolio of AI systems running in production for 1+ years
• Experience designing AI solutions spanning multiple teams or business units
• Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate complex architecture to stakeholders
