AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models to automate product configuration, customization, and estimation processes
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions within a secure fintech environment
• Research and innovate with the latest AI technologies to improve data conversion processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI solutions, methodologies, and deployment processes
• Work with large datasets while ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Monitor and optimize AI models for efficiency, performance, and data aggregation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions
• 8+ years of programming experience in Python, JS/NodeJS, or .NET Framework/Core C#
• 3+ years of experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn
• 3+ years of experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas or NumPy
• 3+ years of experience with deep learning architectures including CNN, RNN, and Transformers
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 3+ years of experience in system design, including architecture patterns, APIs, and microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry and understanding of relevant compliance standards
• Professional certification in AI/ML or related technologies
• Experience with reporting tools such as Splunk, SSRS, Cognos, or Power BI
