AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and defend enterprise-grade agentic AI reference architectures for large, regulated organizations.
• Evolve reference architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP, covering model hosting, orchestration, and observability.
• Architect agent-to-agent (A2A) interaction patterns and define operating models for agent workforces, including identity and access controls.
• Embed security-by-design into agent solutions, addressing prompt injection, tool-use risks, and data residency.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CTOs, CISOs, CDOs) to translate business objectives into scalable AI designs.
• Support pre-sales activities through architecture workshops, solution blueprints, and technical proposals.
• Mentor engineers and consultants to strengthen the firm's collective expertise in agentic systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of focused experience in AI or agentic systems.
• Deep, hands-on experience designing AI/ML systems that have run in production at scale.
• Fluency across at least two major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their native AI services.
• Strong command of modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Solid understanding of RAG, vector stores, model routing, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead architecture for large, regulated enterprises (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, or Energy).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), AI/ML, or cybersecurity.
• Experience aligning AI architectures with regulatory frameworks like NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or SOC 2.
