AI Application Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI Harness capabilities for SRE and DevOps scenarios, including fault detection, change analysis, and recovery recommendations.
• Drive the development of automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems by integrating logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and topology data.
• Build AIOps platform capabilities such as intelligent alert noise reduction, anomaly detection, and automated closed-loop remediation.
• Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and data teams to embed AI capabilities into CI/CD, GitOps, and incident response processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in R&D, architecture, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with LLM application development, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream language: Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native stacks, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with AIOps or RCA development (log analysis, metric anomaly detection, etc.).
• Strong software architecture skills regarding microservices and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI Agent or intelligent assistant products involving complex task decomposition and multi-turn reasoning.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English to collaborate with cross-region stakeholders.
