Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels, from the C-suite to the shop floor, to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Lead or contribute significantly to project teams regarding design principles and advanced technologies
• Drive solutions in areas such as Agile Transformation, Cloud Strategies, DevOps, Solution Design, and App Development
• Contribute to business growth through business development, interviewing, or managing internal initiatives

Requirements

• Demonstrated business and technology acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with and/or leading a team
• Ability to work across various industries, roles, functions, and technologies
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with database platforms (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)
• Experience with software languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
• Experience with software frameworks (.Net, NodeJS, React, etc.)
• Experience leading Waterfall to Agile transformation projects
