Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels of the organization to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Lead or contribute to project teams regarding design principles and advanced technologies
• Support Agile transformations and coach teams on best practices
• Contribute to business growth through business development or internal initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with or leading a team
• Ability to work across various industries, roles, and technologies
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, or software development
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
