Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels, from the C-suite to the shop floor, to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Lead or contribute significantly to project teams regarding design principles and advanced technologies
• Support Agile transformations and coach teams on best practices
• Break down complex programs and strategic initiatives into actionable pieces

Requirements

• Demonstrated business and technology acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with and/or leading a team
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Ability to work across various industries, roles, and technologies
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of database platforms (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
• Knowledge of software frameworks (.Net, NodeJS, React, etc.)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings including DevOps, Solution Design, or App Development
