Responsibilities
- Work with clients at all levels of the organization to deliver on strategic initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Lead or contribute to project teams regarding design principles and advanced technologies
- Drive Agile transformations and coach teams on best practices
- Contribute to business development and internal brand-building initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with or leading a team
- Ability to work across various industries, roles, and technologies
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of database platforms (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Knowledge of software frameworks (.Net, NodeJS, React, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Experience in Agile Transformation, DevOps, or Solution Design
