AI and Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions including RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platforms
• Develop AI use cases such as agent assist, copilots, QA automation, and document intelligence
• Identify automation and AI opportunities and conduct feasibility and ROI assessments
• Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize automation solutions and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with AI governance standards and apply responsible AI principles

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing automation and AI solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
• Understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or Data Analytics
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and Generative AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
