AI and Automation Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical construction of RAG systems and AI agents from scratch, defining architecture, standards, and scalable integrations.
• Design end-to-end architecture for RAG and agents, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, reasoning, and memory.
• Implement robust pipelines for semantic search, embeddings, and model inference.
• Design and integrate agents using LangChain or equivalent frameworks with external tools and conditional logic flows.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as CRMs, ERPs, APIs, databases, and message queues like RabbitMQ.
• Optimize system performance regarding latency, cost, caching, and the reduction of model hallucinations.
• Conduct exploratory prototyping and PoCs through notebooks and model experimentation.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and ensuring continuous integration and quality standards.
• Manage operational responsibility post-deployment, including monitoring, logging, and maintenance.

Requirements

• University degree (Titulado).
• 5 or more years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in designing RAG architectures and AI agents.
• Expertise in implementing embedding pipelines and semantic search.
• Experience with integration involving CRMs, ERPs, and various APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures (EDA).
