AI Agents Manager, Brand Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own and scale a portfolio of thousands of brand relationships across fashion, beauty, and home.
• Build automated systems for brand relationship management, including reporting, CRM workflows, and communication templates.
• Proactively negotiate commission rate increases with brand partners using performance data.
• Partner with editorial teams to identify brands for key shopping moments and trend-driven campaigns.
• Build and maintain automations for brand performance tracking, CRM hygiene, and partner follow-up.
• Monitor brand performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Source new brands and outbound campaign opportunities to expand the partnership ecosystem.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, revenue operations, account management, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or HubSpot.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to use data to drive better economics.
• An operational mindset focused on clean systems, accurate data, and scalable processes.
• High agency and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in NYC or willing to relocate for this on-site role.
