AI Agent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Discover automation opportunities by observing workflows in People, Finance, and BizOps departments
• Design and implement lightweight solutions using tools like Zapier/n8n or custom-built AI agents
• Build and ship Python and TypeScript agents that integrate with Slack, Google Workspace, and various internal APIs
• Measure the impact and adoption of automations to ensure they provide tangible time or quality improvements
• Evangelize AI usage across the company through training, documentation, and office hours
• Set internal standards for AI implementation, including privacy, GDPR, and cost control

Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
• Proficiency in Python with the ability to structure code, write tests, and handle error handling
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI agents or LLM-driven workflows in real environments
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end projects or side initiatives
• Experience working with APIs and integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, or database tools)
• C1 level English proficiency
• High agency and a bias toward shipping iterative versions of products

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or n8n
• Experience with RAG, vector stores, and advanced prompt engineering
• Knowledge of TypeScript and SQL
• Proficiency in German (B2+ level)
• Experience in the energy or climate-tech sectors
