AI Agent Product Expert (Middleware)

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform.
• Design AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios, including requirement analysis, coding collaboration, test generation, and environment orchestration.
• Drive the integration of AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, and deployment environments.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end engineering lifecycle to translate complex collaboration patterns into structured product solutions.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation, user feedback, and continuous optimization to support organizational scale-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ToB products, platform products, or intelligent product solutions.
• Strong engineering background (software development, architecture, or technical product roles) with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, engineering productivity, software delivery processes, and quality systems.
• Solid expertise in AI Agent product design, including task execution, workflow orchestration, and result validation.
• Hands-on experience or strong product understanding of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Agents, RAG, knowledge graphs, or intelligent workflows.
• Proven track record of building engineering or DevOps platforms from 0 to 1 or 1 to N.
• Hybrid background transitioning from engineering to product management.
• Contributions to open source projects or public thought leadership in AI and engineering productivity.
