Operate and maintain the Agent execution platform (SCZ), including monitoring gateways, security environments, and performance optimization.
Manage core modules such as Skill/Recipe Registry, Context Manager, and Sensitive Data Handling.
Oversee LLM Agent workflows for various business domains including welfare, accounting, and legal.
Ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting for legacy systems such as ERP/SAP, groupware, and OCR.
Perform quality verification, code reviews, and technical internalization of deliverables developed with partners.
Maintain and update evaluation datasets and pipelines to meet evolving service requirements.

Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or operations.
Proficiency in Python-based backend development.
Practical experience in REST API design and integration.
Experience working in Linux environments and using infrastructure tools like Docker.

Experience building services using LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude) and implementing patterns like RAG, Tool Calling, or MCP.
Experience with internal system integrations (SAP, ERP) and authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience developing in restricted environments, such as handling sensitive data or private networks.
Knowledge of small LLMs (e.g., Qwen) or document processing pipelines (OCR/VLM).
Experience building demo UIs using React, Next.js, or HTML.
