About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and improvement of AI agent services by establishing qualitative performance metrics and generating test sets
- Identify usability issues and areas for improvement through rigorous AI agent testing
- Participate in ideation sessions for new AI service features
- Generate high-quality conversational text datasets for AI model training
- Write and review natural, creative Korean language utterances
- Manage data quality and perform basic editing tasks for generated datasets
- Perform various other Natural Language Processing (NLP) related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong sense of the Korean language and ability for creative expression
- Proficiency in Office Automation (OA) tools
- Interest in AI services and large language models
- Ability to perform repetitive and meticulous tasks with high attention to detail
- Strong and proactive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI agent evaluation or data labeling
- Experience participating in Natural Language Processing (NLP) related projects or tasks
- Majors in Korean Language, Linguistics, Creative Writing, or related fields
