AI Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI technical design and implementation using defined frameworks and technologies
• Explore AI use cases in the engineering area by collaborating with internal customers
• Analyze AI/GenAI requirements and translate them into technical functions
• Lead agile development within AI/GenAI project teams to ensure project success
• Manage AI/GenAI case deployment in compliance with global technical standards
• Implement AI-related infrastructure in both local and global engineering areas
• Collaborate with the global AI team to drive technical synergy and project cooperation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software, data analytics, or AI algorithm-related technology
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks, tools, and technologies
• Proficiency in Databricks
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including Cloud and containers
• Familiarity with DevOps methods and tools
• Proficiency in English and experience with cross-cultural communication
