AI Agent Developer/Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Google Agent Builder, including prompts, tools, orchestration, and memory.
• Develop full-stack applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services/APIs, to supervise agent capabilities.
• Integrate agents with Snowflake, internal business systems, and third-party APIs to enable real-world task execution.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground agent responses in company data.
• Build evaluation and testing harnesses to ensure agent accuracy, safety, and regression control.
• Instrument observability through logging, tracing, and metrics to monitor agent behavior and performance.
• Apply guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns for sensitive or high-impact automated actions.
• Optimize for performance and cost through efficient model choice, caching, and token-efficient design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack capabilities.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications (tool calling, RAG, orchestration).
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI or Google Agent Builder.
• Strong API design, systems integration, and SQL skills, with experience using Snowflake.
• Solid software hygiene including Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review.
• Understanding of multi-agent systems, distributed architectures, and LLMOps/GenAIOps concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms, vector search, and embeddings.
• Exposure to cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• GCP Associate or Professional certification.
• Proven track record of shipping AI features to production users.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
