About the Company

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and disseminate business use cases for Copilot 365
• Maintain the prompt library and agent registry
• Create adoption content including Viva Engage posts, cheat sheets, video capsules, and FAQs
• Co-animate weekly Copilot Cafés and use case clubs
• Support the AI community and network of 60 AI referents
• Prepare for agentic workflows by producing educational content and documenting existing agents
• Analyze user feedback and KPIs to propose concrete improvement actions

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects
• Strong interest in AI and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Analytical mindset with ability to exploit indicators
• Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in cross-functional environments
