AI Adoption Specialist

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows and identify friction points across departments
• Create clear, usable process documentation and structured training materials
• Design and deliver training workshops and one-on-one support for non-technical users
• Assist with the implementation of AI platforms and business software tools
• Develop deep fluency in ERP and Microsoft 365 environments to troubleshoot and configure systems
• Track adoption rates and gather feedback to iterate on tool deployments
• Identify and prioritize business gaps to inform digital transformation strategy

Requirements

• 3-5 years in technology implementation, software adoption, or digital transformation
• Experience training non-technical users on business technology tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tool deployment in a business environment
• Experience in business analysis, workflow mapping, and process documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or Claude
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP platform experience
• Technical writing, instructional design, or change management credentials
