AI Adoption Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities using generative AI and AI agents
• Design, implement, and test GenAI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Facilitate workshops, adoption sessions, and training for business users to drive tool integration
• Monitor AI adoption rates and implementation effectiveness to recommend continuous improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transformation projects to increase organizational AI maturity

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or process transformation using new technologies
• Practical understanding of generative AI tools and their underlying principles
• Strong process mapping skills and the ability to identify efficiency gains
• Experience with rapid prototyping using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or Claude Code)
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead training sessions for diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a project-based environment with multiple stakeholders
• High level of creativity and a proactive approach to experimenting with emerging automation tools
