AI Adoption Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce enablement activities for enterprise AI tools, including onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing coaching.
• Provide Level 2 support for AI-related enquiries, offering advanced guidance on workflow design and agent usage.
• Track and report on AI adoption metrics, tool utilisation, and training engagement to support governance and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain self-service enablement resources such as user guides, prompt libraries, and practical use case examples.
• Facilitate regular workshops, office sessions, and capability clinics to support staff adoption and AI capability uplift.
• Support teams in translating business and editorial workflows into safe, repeatable AI-assisted processes.
• Promote responsible AI usage by reinforcing company policies, editorial standards, and acceptable use guidance.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in technology, communications, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in digital product adoption, change enablement, or capability uplift within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools, including prompt design and agent-based workflows.
• Data literacy with the ability to interpret adoption dashboards and usage analytics.
• Experience managing incidents and change processes using recognised service management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to develop user-focused documentation and training materials.
