AI Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end by embedding deeply and understanding workflows
• Prototype and build solutions using modern AI tooling and partner with engineering for deeper implementations
• Develop and roll out AI trainings to ensure employees use AI effectively, safely, and confidently
• Partner with the Leverage team to evaluate, vet, and roll out tools and connectors
• Shape company guidelines, usage policies, and cost management for AI

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions
• Hands-on technical ability to prototype in modern AI tooling and agentic coding environments
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills across diverse audiences
• Optimistic, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward AI enablement
• Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools functions
• Experience standing up training programs or domain knowledge bases
• Background spanning both operating and engineering or data work
