AI Adoption Engineer

Responsibilities

• Discover and scope high-value AI use cases through workshops and deep-dives with enterprise customers
• Build and deploy working agents, custom integrations, and workflows to solve customer problems
• Serve as a technical expert during the sales process by building tailored demos and proof-of-concept environments
• Drive long-term adoption by creating documentation, running office hours, and enabling power users
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify platform limitations and advocate for new features
• Develop reusable resources such as templates, reference architectures, and MCP servers

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Technical Customer Success)
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers to scope and deliver high-impact projects
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in JavaScript and Python
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, APIs, and integration architectures
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience building technical solutions
• Fluency in English (C1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technical consulting background or at an AI-native company
• Experience working in early-stage startups or with developer tools and platform products
• Proficiency in German
