AH-64 Maintenance Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the BGS Maintenance Engineering team supporting the AH-64 attack helicopter
• Direct and manage technical publications and oversee domestic technical data deliveries
• Develop new product offerings and go-to-market strategies to capture additional business
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees while overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and risk management
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures to meet operational goals
• Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience working with military technical publications as an author, reviewer, or in quality control/assurance
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of military aircraft maintenance processes, policies, and standard practices
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience with the military rotorcraft market
• Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
