About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and product integrity for the sustainment and support of all aircraft platforms within the AH-64 portfolio
- Coordinate with BDS and BGS counterparts for seamless execution of program deliverables and fleet support
- Manage program technical performance metrics, driving first-time quality, engineering health, and on-time delivery
- Manage program engineering staffing requirements and technical risks
- Lead productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineering capabilities
- Support the development of technology investment plans and digital solutions roadmaps
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in development programs, production support, or sustainment engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in Integrated Product Support (e.g., Product Support Management, Supply Support, or Sustaining Engineering)
- Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes
- Experience leading safety or quality teams and activities (e.g., SAGs, SRM, or SA)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience interfacing directly with the United States Army, Systems Readiness Directorate, or international customers
- Active current U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) in Earned Value Management (EVM)
