Responsibilities

• Visit producers on their farms to identify specific agricultural needs regarding agronomy and crop production
• Provide essential agronomic services, including soil testing and crop product recommendations
• Contribute to increased sales volumes and overall location profitability through expert advice
• Develop and lead location-specific trial demonstrations and customer tours

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture
• Relevant agronomic experience
• Professional Agrologist or Technical Agrologist designation, or Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
