Agricultural Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local farming customers
• Visit customers on-site to understand specific farm needs and requirements
• Provide practical technical advice on products and seasonal farming needs
• Promote AG Warehouse products and services to drive sales growth
• Develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory
• Manage customer activity, documentation, and monthly sales reporting
• Support field days, product demonstrations, and trials with suppliers
• Stay informed on industry developments regarding agronomy, nutrition, and pasture

Requirements

• Background or qualification in Agriculture or relevant on-farm experience
• Experience in agricultural or rural sales
• Strong understanding of farming operations and rural customer needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Must have valid Australian working rights
