Agricultural Lender

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with agricultural customers
• Provide specialized financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of agricultural operations
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including business development, origination, credit analysis, and processing
• Assess clients' financial situations and evaluate creditworthiness
• Guide customers through loan documentation to ensure timely closings
• Ensure all lending activities comply with regulatory standards
• Maintain strong connections and engagement within the local agricultural community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of agricultural lending experience or equivalent professional training
• Strong skills in credit assessment and underwriting
• Proven expertise in relationship management and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
