Agricultural Equipment Operator/Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, and cultivators
• Perform mechanized fieldwork for soil preparation, planting, cultivating, and harvesting
• Transport H-2A workers and crops between fields and housing
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and water lines
• Perform manual field labor, including harvesting crops by hand
• Assist with general farm maintenance such as repairing fences and hoop houses
• Execute packing duties including weighing, labeling, and loading products
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Minimum of three months of experience operating farm equipment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in extreme weather (10°F to 105°F)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for shuttle duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
