Agricultural Development Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the commercial team by training distributors and clients in the field.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions and commercial talks for farmers and advisors.
• Plan, implement, and monitor technical developments in key crops and products.
• Manage budgets and track project progress to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct product validation trials and experimental agronomic developments.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to propose improvements.
• Act as a technical liaison between local operations and the Latam technical team.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical development roles.
• Specialization in bioestimulants or biocontrol.
• Proven experience with berries, avocado, and vegetable crops.
• Residency in the Colima/Jalisco area with mobility within the region.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and a research-oriented mindset.
• Technical profile with a natural orientation toward sales support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or conducting professional training for teams.
• Background in experimental agronomic development.
