About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and manage sales efforts within the assigned customer base
  • Conduct regular sales calls and cold calls to develop new relationships and follow up on leads
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical sales/marketing proposals
  • Represent ETAP products at industry field events, conferences, and seminars
  • Generate proactive leads within the SARC region and track projects from EPCs, Consultants, End Clients, and OEMs
  • Manage pre-qualification and approval processes with end clients
  • Utilize sales tools to document progress and implement the automation sales process effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, government regulations, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Power & Automation for Turnkey Solutions
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional selling experience in Power Automation within high-tech software or service industries
  • Hands-on experience with renowned SCADA, RTU, or DMS platforms
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and navigating large, complex organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Familiarity with ETAP software solutions
