About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support NYC Aging programs navigating challenges with the Correspondence Tracking System and complaints
  • Assist with Aging Connect calls and emails by providing information on resources and services
  • Accurately record and maintain all call-related information within the Correspondence Tracking System
  • Facilitate and participate in internal and external training sessions
  • Attend community events and deliver presentations to external partners
  • Support Aging Connect Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program and Quality Assurance exercises

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
  • High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience as described in the baccalaureate requirement
